Rule 80 - Compensation for a licence of right

1. The Application for appropriate compensation [Article 32(1)(h) of the Agreement ] shall contain:

   • (a) particulars in accordance with Rule 13.1(a) to (d);
   • (b) information on the fil ing of the statement as referred to in Article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012;
   • (c) the licence agreement referred to in Article 8(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012.

2. Rules 132, 133, 134, 135 and 137 to 140 apply mutatis mutandis to the procedur e for appropriate compensation.
